Job Description
Responsibilities: - Timely and accurate updation of Trip Sheet Data - Ensure superior data quality in all the data entry work carried out - Coordination with relevant OM/OE and ensuring timely collection and updation of trip Sheets - Prepare invoices for all customers as per timelines (5th of every month) - Systematic Data Management of all documents like Trip sheets/Invoices - Ensure proactive communication to internal and external stake holders - Monitor the Station app and coordinate with the respective OE to ensure 100% compliance by external stakeholder ie Associate and Internal Stakeholder like OM/OE - Highlight in accuracies in the respective client account in case of any data issue and non compliance
