Responsibilities :
Creating & maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterlyreports and key performance Indicators of salesteam.
Managing & Maintaining salesdata of vertical in the CRM & SalesTrackers.
Leads & Data Managementwhich Includes sorting & cleaning the raw data beforeuploading in the CRM,
Handling leads& queries management of sales team.
Managing and maintaining sales data in theCRM.
Identifying, building and managing theadditional non-CRM sales tools and system that enables efficientsales and cross function collaboration.
Creating & maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterlyreports and key performance Indicators of salesteam.
Partnering with sales leaders tocreate and maintain sales forecasting data.
Maintaining overall CRM database health to ensure uploaded salesdata is clean & complete.
HandlingLeads & Queries management of salesoperations.
Also worked as an CRM Trainerfor the new joiners to give them a detailed overview of CRM interms of CRM adoption / usage and to understand the flow ofleads.
