Responsibilities
:
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (Accuracy/Productivity/TAT etc.)
• Extract data from workflow management tools for reports and presentations
• Track and prepare weekly & monthly incentive/shift allowance reports
• Design, build and implement new report formats and layouts on a customized basis as requested by the process owners
• Individual performance tracking and scorecard preparation
• Team wise score card presentation
• Maintain process SOPs Workflows, Training, and Quality documents.
• Ad-hoc reporting as and when required by management
Required Skills :
• Technical skills required: Advance MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint; Google Data Studio
• Technical skills (desired): Google Big Query, Google Analytics
• Good communication skills (written and verbal English) are desired
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
• Analytical and logical reasoning
• Good Data Collation, Organization, Visualization, Interpretation, Analysis, and Representation skills
• Ability to learn new systems
• Problem-solving
• Time management
