Job Description
- Create and maintain Operational Real Time applications, e.g., WFM/RTA tools
- Client Interaction as and when required
- Process Change Control & Development
- Making/Publishing real time/Historical data/reports available to the operation team
- Performs other task/duties assigned by the process head/SDLWork on any ad hoc responsibility given by process head in order to assist operations
- Manage MIS SLAs and deliverables and ensure MIS team members are able to deliver timely and accurately.
Academic Qualification and external certification requiredRange of experience in monthsBPO / Non BPO experience
Experience required in which industry domain ( Travel / Medical devices etc)Must have skills from the candidateGraduation mandatory. Advance Excel, BI and VBA certification preferred but not mandatory2-3 YearsTelecom preferred but not mandatory - Good communication (both written and spoken)
- Business email writing skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, e.g., MS Excel, MS Access
- Knowledgeable in VB/VBA and Power BI
- Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers for planning of staffing, capacity utilization, seating
- Knowledge of Macros and how to apply
- Good statistical, analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledgeable in call arrival patterns in call center environment in order to develop staffing requirements, rosters (Preferred and not mandatory)
- Knowledge in other WFM activities including Intraday Planning, Forecasting Shrinkage (Preferred and not mandatory)
- Scripting skills and database knowledge should be an added advantage (Not Mandatory)
