Company Name : Hofincons Industrial and Infotech services- Division of Quess Corp Job Position : MIS Executive Location : Andheri(E), Mumbai Timing : +.30 am to 6.30 pm(5 Days working ) Qualification : PGDM / MBA in Operations or Finance Skills Required : Good knowledge in Excel and Email etiquette Role and Responsibilities : • Candidate have exposure on MIS, Data management, Data Analytics ,Management Information System • Proven ability in data cleaning, accuracy check and validation for quality reports ( PR PO Reports / Dashboards ) • Extract and collect data from various sources / stakeholders to create report • Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS report and submit • Daily tracker with updates on open points highlighted by Management • Ensure to maintain Site wise asset inventory and consumption report for site level • Ensure that all required reports to be published on daily basis • Coordination with respective Site team members and Project managers
