Job Description for Reporting
Designation- SFA Executive (Reporting in SFA or any other field Force Software)
Preference: Male/Female Candidate
Employment Type- Full Time, Permanent
Location- Ghaziabad HO
Experience- Min 2 years of experience.
Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities
Tracking of all field force by software.
Prepare daily MIS report of sales team.
Update all information of sales team in system.
Co-ordinate with all sales team on daily basis to collect information and resolve all related issues, regarding their queries & problems
Maintain tour programme of all sales team, track them accordingly on daily basis.
Prepare monthly attendance of all sales team and send to HR department
Send all update to sales team related Daily call report.
Prepare all documents and report, required prior to sales meeting
Good knowledge of formulas in MS excel.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Coordinate with sales person regarding TP, DCR (Daily Call Report) & Managers Working analysis.
Prepare customers list, provide services to all existing customers and resolve all related issues.
