Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop key metrics, MISes, dashboards to keep business and product data-informed.
• Monitoring of key metrics to ensure program health for multiple programs across key
business areas
• Understand, synthesize and derive insights from large data sets to identify areas of
improvement in business processes such as lead to disbursement funnel, partner
payment invoicing etc
• Identify trends and drive and implement improvements with diverse set of stakeholders
such as Business, Product, Risk to deliver cross functional changes in product, risk &
policy and operational practices such as collections, partner payouts
Technical Skills
• SQL, Python
• Advanced levels of excel
