We are looking for a talented MIS Executive to join our team and help us grow our business through data-driven insights and efficient data management.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records in our ERP system.
Monitor various web portals for current diamond prices and update our prices accordingly.
Generate accurate and timely reports as required by the management.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel to analyze and present data effectively.
Leverage knowledge of SQL to optimize data retrieval and analysis processes.
Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and simplify day-to-day tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and overall efficiency.
Identify opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the diamond or jewelry industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning tools and their applications in data analysis is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
