Job Description : MIS Executive
Qualification : B.com or Any Graduate
Experience : 2 to 4 years
No. of Vacancy : 4
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy and security of information systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.)
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Maintain and update MIS databases and dashboards
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
Collaborate with other departments to streamline data processes
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
