Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive (DME) to join our team in the Textile & Garments industry. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in managing Management Information Systems (MIS) and possess a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting. The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing MIS systems, generating accurate and timely reports, and providing support to the management team. Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain existing MIS systems.
• Generate accurate and timely management reports.
• Develop MIS documentation for smooth operation and maintenance.
• Improve MIS for enhanced reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis and generate periodic reports.
• Develop MIS systems for customer management and internal communication.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical support to the management team.
• Generate periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
Requirements:
• 6 months to 3 years of experience as an MIS Executive.
• Proficiency in handling various software applications.
• Excellent diagnostic skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/app script, advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Good knowledge of Looker Studio and Google Sites.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports from available data on sheets.
• Creating and updating dashboards for management (Business Intelligence, MIS reports).
• Assisting functional heads with their data requirements.
• Generating reports, storing completed work, and performing backup operations.
• Updating and maintaining information on company databases and computer systems.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business data issues.
• Excellent knowledge of the entire Microsoft ecosystem and expertise in Excel.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of Google Scripts or VBA & Macros.
• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas (IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, INDEX, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, import range).
