About the team:
Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our 'Paytm for Business' App.
About the Role:
We are looking for a MIS Executive for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers by Collecting, analyzing, and interpret data to create reports and dashboards for management and other stakeholders
Expectations/Requirements:
• Collaborate with various departments to identify key metrics and KPIs to track and report on
• Develop and maintain reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data and insights
• Identify trends and anomalies in data to provide recommendations for process improvements
• Analyze business requirements and data sources to develop data models and solutions
• Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with SQL, MS excel, Google sheets, database management
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
