Description is looking out for a mis executive - recruitment operations who would play a critical role in enabling the hiring process by partnering with recruiters from various department in the talent acquisition team.this role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the talent acquisition function. supporting recruiters, human resources business partners and hiring managers, you will enhance our commitment to being a world-class, talent acquisition organization.this successful individual will be responsible for offer management and managing reporting as well as data interpretation to ensure improvement opportunities are identified and addressed quickly. lead strategic talent acquisition systems and process improvement projects.primary responsibilities of the role: develop and manage recruitment reports and recruitment data for report generation responsible for offer management and generating offer letters for the candidates ensure compliance with every step in the recruitment operations lifecycle. manage talent acquisition projects which improve efficiencies for the recruitment model looking at job analytics and use creative strategies to improve job applications custodian of recruitment applicant tracking system, online test platform, linkedin, iimjobs and other hiring platform builds out data analytics capability in partnership with the director of talent acquisition to help define and establish key recruiting success metrics and key performance indicators that drive optimal staffing performance ensure smooth on-boarding of offered candidates. manage the pre- onboarding process for all offered candidates including but not limited to preparing offer letters, assisting them with documentation, coordinating with it to set up systems, administering background checks and supporting hr advisors with weekly inductions to ensure a positive onboarding experience. maintain accuracy of candidate details on our applicant tracking system and trackers. drive adoption, optimization and full utilization of all recruitment technology by recruiters, hiring managers and hr business partners. efforts include facilitating on-going training, communication and education on system operations, upgrades and enhancements evaluate talent acquisition systems and processes to identify opportunities to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. propose and implement solutions as well as measure results identify and select technology solutions to enhance core talent acquisition processes including video interviewing, interview scheduling and candidate relationship management (crm) collaborates and works closely with hr operations partnering with recruiters across departments in the global talent acquisition team partner with cross functional stakeholders to optimize the talent acquisition business process ensure talent acquisition compliance with processes and practices. monitor and track talent acquisition budget to ensure that resources and cost are being managed develop training programs and tools to enable ease-of-use by talent acquisition team for all technology contract renewal & managing offers for contract to hire employees maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires at zycus, you would have the opportunity to harness and develop your skill to the next levelrequirementsideal candidate will have: mba/pgdm - hr atleast 2 years experience in recruitment backoffice very strong at ms-excel thorough knowledge of hr best practices and have innovative ideas strong communication skills someone who can think ‘outside-the-box’ stakeholder management skills previous experience of using the tableau reporting tool will be an added advantage benefitsfive reasons why you should join zycus cloud product company: we are a cloud saas company and our products are created by using the latest technologies like ml and ai. our ui is in angular js and we are developing our mobile apps using react. a market leader: zycus is recognized by gartner (world’s leading market research analyst) as a leader in procurement software suites. move between roles: we believe that change leads to growth and therefore we allow our employees to shift careers and move to different roles and functions within the organization get a global exposure: you get to work and deal with our global customers. create an impact: zycus gives you the environment to create an impact on the product and transform your ideas into reality. even our junior engineers get the opportunity to work on different product features
