MIS Executive - Transport
Work Dynamics
What this job involves:
To provide accounting support to the Facility Management team assigned.
To provide administrative support to FM for site teams
Skilled at VBA, MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Possesses interpersonal, analytical & negotiation skills with proven track record of achieving numerous cost savings
Develop Creative Dashboard for executives and working level clients using VBA Macro
Supervising and Tracking of all Facility Operating Expenses
Review sales data and stock levels
Monitoring the pickup and Returns management.
Handling Employee Transport Management system (eTMS).
Handling special tracking, OTA and OTD of cabs Setting/achieving zero discrepancy in
transport model.
Cross checking and verification and allocation of cost for all invoices before presenting to client approval.
Ensure the unit cost is within budget and ensure all statutory compliance taxes have been accounted for.
Supervising in generating monthly management reports, client dashboards, Templates, etc. and verify before present to client.
Reconciliation of Client vendor and sub-vendor accounts on quarterly basis for receiving of No Dues certificate.
Documentation for CLA (Company Lease Accommodation), security deposit, monthly payments, renewal and termination of CLA and refund of security deposit. (If applicable)

Mastery in the field
You should be Graduate in Commerce, 3 – 5 years experience in Accountancy / Finance, Tertiary qualifications in business desirable. Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team .Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
