Job Summary:
A MIS Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales and marketing teams, analyzing CRM data for insights, and ensuring that all employees are proficient in its use.
Key Responsibilities:
l Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective CRM strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
l Ensure customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and appropriately segmented to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns.
l Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze customer data, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancing sales performance.
l Create monthly reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights into employee’s sales performance, helping inform strategic decisions.
l Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are proficient in using the CRM system, considering its effective adoption across the organization.
