Position: Store/Inventory Executive with MIS Experience
Experience: 2-3 years in store/inventory management and MIS
Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur.
Job Summary:
The Store/Inventory Executive with MIS experience is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and generating insightful reports through data analysis. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventories to reconcile system records.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to optimize inventory turnover.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Collect, organize, and analyze inventory data to generate accurate and timely reports.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present inventory performance reports to management.
• Develop and maintain inventory-related KPIs.
• MIS Reporting:
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track inventory performance, stock levels, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• System Utilization:
• Proficiently use inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
• Recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including goods receiving, put-away, and picking.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
