Skills required- MS Office specifically excel, Excellent Oral and written Communication skill
Roles and Responsibilities-
• Maintenance of overall MIS for the operations under Microfinance BC partnership
• Preparing and sharing various reports with different departments
• Coordination between operations team and business team for daily operational activities
• Analysis of MIS and sharing of key findings with different departments
• Reconciliation of data and ensuring of payments of invoices
• Monitoring of delinquency in portfolio
• Facilitating reconciliation activity in coordination with Operations team and BC client
• Interaction with BC clients for regular data requirement
