(HPY) has been at the forefront of defining the payment space with the best-in-class offerings both in the Digital and Non-Digital space. million+ POS Terminals, processing 3 million+ digitaltransactions per day, + ATMs (inclusive of + CRMs) and + White Label ATMs)PURPOSE OF JOB To manage Insurance Claims processing for Hitachi Payments, ensuring processing of day-to-day InsuranceClaims & pending backlogs, coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to get relevant documents,data/information required for Claims Settlement & ensuring smooth coordination with Brokers / Insurers with the endobjective of getting the Insurance Claims settled. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssistant Manager Governance would be responsible for following:1. Responsible preparing and sending tailor-made MISs in agreed frequency2. Responsible for capturing & rigorous tracking of Action Taken Report (ATR) from all meetings with allstakeholders to ensure the ATRs do not breach committed timelines3. Responsible for specific assignments assigned from time-to-time by VP-OperationsQUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE1. Qualification: Graduate2. Skills: a. Good Written and spoken Englishb. Good knowledge in MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Wordc. Good presentation skillsd. Ready to stretch beyond boundaries and get assigned work done3. Behavioural Skills: a. Excellent Interpersonal skillsb.
