JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Innovative, well-organized MIS executive to join our growing company. The MIS executive's responsibilities include designing and developing computer systems on time and to specifications, developing strategies, keeping up to date with the latest developments in IT systems, analysing operations, and making suggestions for improvement. MIS Executive, able to effectively manage risks and protect data.
Responsibilities of MIS Executives: -
Designing, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting IT systems.
Process development & Improvement as per Company requirements.
Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
Assisting with training and onboarding processes/Assisting in Process designing /development & Improvements.
Experienced with Good Analytical Skills.
Maintaining, managing, and updating software.
Maintaining development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.
Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
Conducting research, attending workshops, and networking with other professionals in the industry.
Requirements of MIS Executives:-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar.
Experience managing the task within the TAT .
Min 02 Years Experience as MIS Associate or MIS Executive.
Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
Ability to train staff on requirements.
Tech Skills:
Excellent MS-Office skills (I. e MS Office / MS skills/ Google Sheets /Spread Sheets)
ERP -Handling.
Typing Skills Min 25-30 WPM.
