• Should have worked for a Motor Insurance Company..
• 3 to 8 years of experience in MIS or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage, maintain, and analyze data to support business operations and decision-making processes.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure data quality and identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and analysis techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests and provide timely and accurate deliverables.
