Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
- Preparing Dahsboards/Presentations.
- Analyzing reports received from external & internal clients.
- Delivery of reports with highest quality and accuracy.
- Validation of various data requests.
- Catering to reporting requirements from Operations.
- Documentation of reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
Desired Profile
• Decent communication skills.
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of CMS Avaya would be added advantage.
• Open to work in shifts.
• Excellent excel knowledge
