• Job Role: Sales Manager - Logistics

• Location : Surat, Gujarat
• Job Duties:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
- Develop customised sales strategies and coordinate business generation activities.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and manage a prospect list to ensure a pipeline of future business opportunities.
- Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cross-selling activities and ensure seamless follow-up.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and secure customers through face-to-face meetings and proactive prospecting.
- Collect market intelligence and identify new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Knowledge:
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services.
- In-depth understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of RFQ processes and commercial activities within the logistics industry.
- Expertise in account management, new business development, and financial forecasting.
