Worked in Service Industry supporting Service Delivery of a medium to large company for at least 5-7 years
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports dashboards
• Prepare Management review deck
• Responsible for Departmental analysis at the defined frequency
• Manage confidentiality of the data handled and ensure accuracy of the data recorded
• Proficient in advanced Excel and VBA
• Knowledge of MY SQL and understanding of advanced queries
