Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems built on Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Sites, and Google Looker Studio. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training our staff on how to effectively utilize these tools.
Responsibilities:
1. System Management:
-Oversee and maintain our systems built on Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Sites, and Google Looker Studio.
-Ensure the smooth functioning of these systems, troubleshoot any issues, and provide timely resolutions. -Regularly update and improve the systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate meaningful reports.
-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio. -Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
3. Staff Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions to educate staff members on how to effectively use Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Sites, and Google Looker Studio -Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff, addressing any queries or issues related to these systems. -Develop training materials and documentation to ensure staff members have access to necessary resources.
4. System Integration and Automation: -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our systems with other tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamline processes to improve efficiency. -Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in managing and maintaining systems built on Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Sites, and Google Looker Studio Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques Proficiency in using Google Looker Studio or similar business intelligence tools
