Role & Responsibilities : Designing, preparation and analysis of MIS reports Data Sourcing/ Data Built up/ Data Analysis KPI report Segment wise.( Weekly M2M GADS, Safe custody & Churn report KYC/SR reports M2M Migration of base from Siebel to Airtel IoT hub(CMP)-Coordination with Circle CE team and engineering team.(W.I.P) COCP Migration of base from Siebel to Airtel IoT hub(CMP)-Coordination with Circle CE team and engineering team.(W.I.P) Prise Rise activities Circle wise SIM projection SIM Procurement and ensuring required SIM Stock at circle warehouses. Plan Creations for On boarding of SIMs Miscellaneous reports Additional Activities to be carried out by resources Handling customer queries/ disputes being raised by customer/internal team on . Internally following with CFT against all the escalations(non-network issues) being raised to till closure Migration activities operations like - M2M/IOT from Legacy to Airtel IoT Hub(CMP
