Job Title: MIS - Reporting
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract staffing and excel-based reporting processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and evaluate candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Job Summary: Our Healthcare Company is seeking an experienced MIS Reporting to oversee the development and management of our management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large data sets with a focus on healthcare metrics. The MIS Reporting will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing MIS reporting solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop MIS reporting solutions that support business requirements and provide relevant insights to stakeholders. • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming. • Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and provide recommendations to management based on the findings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used in MIS reporting by establishing and maintaining data quality standards. • Provide training and support to end-users on MIS reporting tools and data analysis techniques. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in healthcare data analysis and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with external staffing agencies and manage the hiring process, including contract negotiation, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel to support business decision-making, including tracking staffing costs, identifying trends, and forecasting future staffing needs.
• Analyze data and provide insights to management to support business decision-making.
• Excel based reporting , Work on ATS, One point of contact for all data and report
• Offer release, payroll invoicing , vendor invoicing and data management and reporting
Qualifications:
• Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis, with a focus on healthcare metrics. • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
