JustJob Job Portal, powered by Vision India Services Pvt Ltd, is a leading online platform connecting job seekers with employers. With over 10,000 job listings and 25 lakhs job seekers, JustJob is rapidly growing. We aim to expand to 50,000 jobs and 1 crore job seekers in the next one year. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate various MIS reports related to candidate profiling, candidate registrations, job applications, database management, and user behavior analysis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large databases and possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
Generate MIS reports on candidates profiling:
· Develop and maintain a system to track and analyze candidate profiles on JustJob.
· Create regular reports on candidate demographics, skills, qualifications, and other relevant data.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of candidate profiles.
· Prepare reports on registered candidates and job applications:
Collect and analyze data on the number of registered candidates on JustJob.
· Generate reports on candidate applications for various job openings available on JustJob.
· Identify trends and patterns in candidate registrations and application activity.
· Extract relevant data from the database for open position fulfillment:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the requirements for open positions.
· Extract and compile data from the available database to match candidates with open positions.
· Provide accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate the recruitment process.
· Track user behavior for both employers and job seekers:
Monitor and analyze user activities on JustJob platform.
· Identify key user behaviors and trends to improve user experience and engagement.
· Generate reports on user behavior, including job seeker engagement and employer activity.
· Manage a large database
Ensure the efficient and organized management of the JustJob database.
· Regularly update and maintain the database with accurate and relevant information.
· Implement data quality checks and resolve any data inconsistencies or errors.
Stay updated with industry trends:
· Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the job market and recruitment industry.
· Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and best practices for efficient reporting and database management.
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics).
· Proven experience (4 to 5 years) in MIS reporting, data analysis, and database management.
· Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
· Ability to handle and manage large databases efficiently.
· Good communication skills to effectively present and explain the reports to stakeholders.
· Prior experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
