About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition COE Team is responsible for driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service to deliver in line with the business goals. The Lead should have the ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR advisory support within the organizational framework. The TA should also reinforce the culture of learning with focus on functional up-skilling. By engaging with managers, they should develop their people management capabilities, and improve effectiveness of the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining a database of all restructured accounts in conformity with the extant RBI Guidelines
• Generating various MIS reports pertaining to restructured accounts as and when desired by the Management
• Re-computation of provisions on restructured accounts with in conformity with the extant RBI Circular
• Conceptualizing and initiating a project to automate generation of MIS reports for Restructuring Database
• Assisting MIS team in compilation of MIS for balance sheet disclosures/ quarterly limited review w. r. t. NPAs and restructured accounts
• Providing desired information to various auditors and resolving queries – Statutory Audit/ Internal Audit/ RBI Inspection/ Compliance
• Assisting the department in implementing the ADF Project (automation of RBI Returns- DSB).
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate / Post-graduate with relevant experience of 5+ years
Role Proficiency:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge of MS Office. Prior experience of involving in process automation project would be desirable.

• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
