Responsibilities
• To ensure smooth system activity in meat & fish processing plant.
• Dashboard Creation- Inbound/outbound/inventory, Reporting, Data Monitoring, Alerting.
• Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, reports, and external sources. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected. Enter data into the organization and information management systems.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
• Create and distribute reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Develop visual representations of data using tools like charts and graphs.
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Present data findings to relevant stakeholders and management.
• To achieve optimum yield for Meat & fish products.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to smoothly carry out the production activities.
Key Skills-
• Vinculum Creation of GRN, Repack, Outward in the system. Raise PO in admin panel.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge about fish & meat products or perishable produce.
• Documentation/dashboard creation
• Inventory Management.
• Vendor account management.
