About the team: Drives and Grows the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services. About the role: To be a part of the EDC team, creating business dashboards, work closely with the sales team to understand the business & provide relevant data driven inputs to improve sales efficiency. Expectations/ Role: 1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service. 2. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS). 3. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner. 4. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. 5. Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.6. Review and analyse the monthly, quarterly, and yearly contact centre performance reports. Key Skills Required: 1. 3+ years experience of operations & program management. 2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel & Access. 3. Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations. 4. Engage with different teams to find the process gaps and fix them with the right approach.
