Job Description
• Analyse sales reports and provide insights at telesales executive level.
• Data analysis basis sales productivity input. Identify issues and create recommendation based on analysis.
• Highlight sales feedback from customer end to product and try to fix.
• Share insights related to product growth, lower DI, high performance campaigns, Focus CSC, accounts to sales team on a daily/weekly basis to help conversion.
• To do analysis based on ad-hoc requests, diagnosis presenting.
• Coordinating with internal teams for resolving identified issues if any.
Key skill & Requirement:
• Fluent in English & Hindi as it is needed for call listening.
• Good knowledge in excel and correspondence.
• Analytical skills to dissect data and find gaps.
• Graduate with 3+ years of experience
