Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the company's information systems related to diesel generator sets.
• Coordinate with the technical team to gather and update data.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring smooth
communication and efficient problem resolution.
• Prepare and present frequent reports on generator performance, maintenance schedules, and
other key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the MIS.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of the MIS.
Requirements
• Proven experience in an MIS role, preferably within the diesel generator industry.
• Strong understanding of diesel generator sets and related systems.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
