A Renowned Textile Giant in Mumbai is looking to recruit a MIS Executive-for their procurement department,
Department-Cotton Procurement
Location-Mumbai
Responsibilities-
• Maintain and monitor SOP for each import sale contract, from sale confirmation to shipment received as per respective plants, also keep track of payment processed against import LC bills.
• processing for issuance of letter of credit for Cotton as well as advance textile and import original documents release from bank
• Maintain MIS of Cotton Import contract with status of shipment , and status of LC, along with MIS for advance textile LC
• communication with supplier, and finance team, Try to collaborate with all to resolve queries
• Domestic Cotton Payment Planning along with Follow up for domestic cotton payments
• Maintain and update report for weight gain and loss against cotton shipment and provide a debit / credit note to supplier and follow up for payment
Salary-4.5lpa to 5.5lpa
This is a 1 year contractual role and can be extended.
Qualifications & Certifications Essential : M com, Optional: PGDM in Finance
Years of Experience Min years of Work experience: 2-3 years
