Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Inbound Calls: Act as the first point of contact, providing an empathetic ear and clear next steps for customers in crisis.
Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate emergency response crews and follow-up appointments to ensure rapid service delivery.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all job files, photos, and moisture logs are accurately organized for insurance adjusters.
Basic Office Work: Manage digital filing, assist with billing inquiries, and maintain office supplies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles (restoration experience a plus).
Attention to Detail: Must be able to keep track of multiple schedules and juggle several tasks at once.
Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to multitask while listening to customer needs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Familiarity with industry software like Xactimate or Encircle is highly preferred.
Certification (Optional): IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification is a major bonus for candidates who want to understand the science behind the work.
