Welcoming customers during vehicle drop-off and pickup.
Generating accurate quotes and invoices for repair services.

Ensuring meticulous recording of booking and parts sales information.
Prioritising customer satisfaction and demonstrating attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience:
Possession of a clean, full driver's license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administration roles.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in high-pressure situations.
Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills in English.
Residency in New Zealand and/or a valid work visa.
Demonstrated personal integrity and reliability.
