Duties

Operate mixing equipment, ensuring proper settings and maintenance.
Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the product.
Conduct regular quality checks on mixed products, documenting results as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the mixing process.
Follow all company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including overtime when required.
