Job Description
As a Mixologist at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, you will create memorable mixology and put on a dazzling display. You can indulge your curiosity and passion for different flavours and ingredients, extending your knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beers to delight guests with a visual splendor and new taste experiences. With variable shifts and hours up to 40 per week, including evenings and weekends, you will take pride in serving drinks that guests know and love just the way they want them. This role requires excellent and advanced knowledge of beers, wine, spirits and cocktails, as well as a combination of creativity and strong product knowledge. The ideal candidate is experienced in working as a Bartender or Mixologist in a bar, lounge or restaurant environment, has a passion for interacting with people and communicates fluently in English.
