Job Summary

Work with the design and business solution team to understand and define the system and business requirements. Undertake software development and coding tasks.
• Work with the design and business solution team to understand and define the system and business requirements.
• Develop / maintain detailed technical design and specifications based on requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts with regard to new user requirements.
• Analyze changes and impact of change to existing applications.
• Undertake software development and coding tasks.
• Provide testing support and troubleshoot issues raised during testing.
• Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation in accordance with the Group’s standards.
• Analytical and systematic thinking and methodical organization.
• Possess sound communications skills.
• Good interpersonal, persuasion, leadership and ability to drive work progress.

Business
• Able to manage business stakeholder.

Processes
• Experience in managing squad and familiar with agile ceremonies.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Candidate should have 5-8 Years of experience development
• Candidate should have data analytics experience and managing application
• Candidate should have good experience in UNIX shell scripting
• Candidate should have good experience in Oracle DB and DB2
• Candidate should have good experience in Core Java / J2EE
• Good to have JMS, SOAP / Rest web service, COBOL, Middleware tool - IBM MQ, AWS Cloud
