About the Role
We are seeking a talented Search Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the management of high-budget campaigns, optimize performance, and help scale our marketing initiatives targeting US and European markets.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads , YouTube Ads , and Facebook Ads .
Manage campaign budgets ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 .
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
Manage bids, budgets, and conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance.
Collaborate with the team to maintain brand messaging consistency across all channels.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and platform updates.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Expertise in eCommerce and advanced PPC optimization techniques.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related platforms.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent English communication skills for client and team interaction.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
Experience targeting the US and European markets is a plus.
Perks of Joining UNIQLO
Part-time: $55–$75/hour (minimum 4 hours/day, 16 hours/week).
Full-time: $+,500–$11,500/month, including benefits and commission bonuses (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday).
Flexible remote work – work across any time zone, as long as you meet your hours and deliver detailed, accurate reports.
Compensation is paid in USD via PayPal or international bank transfer .
