Roles And Responsibilities • Candidate based in Mumbai for reputed Pharma and will be responsible for heading marketing of Multispecialty business in Pharma Ayurvedic/Homopathy. • Candidate will head the marketing function for the entire business through medical, doctor promotion, OTC and Digital marketing and business upto 45 Crs. • Candidate will focus on Marketing and by promoting products in Multispecialty Segment. • He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative. • He / She will Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization through medical/ OTC/ Digital and Online. • He / She will undertake Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring. • He / She will be responsible for field work to review & evaluate strategy implementation. • He / She will do co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategies. Desired Candidate Profile • B. Pharma or M.SC or BAMS or BHMS and MBA in Marketing, 12 to 15 years in Pharma Marketing/PMT out of 3-4 yrs as Marketing Manager/ Assistant General Manager Marketing/ Deputy General Manager Marketing handling Multispecialty Segment in Pharma/Ayurvedic/Homopathy • He/ She should be creative and innovative. • He/ She should have good knowledge of handling marketing of pharma formulation in Derma, Cream oilment and Multispeciality through medical/OTC/ Digital and Online. • He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands. • Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals. • Experience in Homopathy will be an advantage.
