Customer Service Representative - Non-Voice Chat Process

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a non-voice chat process role. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms, requiring excellent written communication skills and the ability to interact with customers digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.

• Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, as well as troubleshoot technical issues.

• Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions, including feedback and solutions implemented.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge and strategies for improving customer service.

• Achieve individual and team performance targets, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

• High typing speed (35-45 words per minute or higher) and accuracy, enabling efficient management of multiple chats simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions to customer issues.

• Familiarity with chat software, basic troubleshooting, and CRM tools is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the company's requirements.
