The Solutions leader will lead the development and execution of transformative sales strategies that drive substantial growth for Hi-tech vertical. In this high-impact role, you will craft compelling go-to-market approaches that highlight our advanced digital service offerings and strengthen our core value proposition. Leveraging your deep industry expertise in BPO and digital services, you will enable sales success through strategic consulting, solution design, and cross-functional
collaboration.
Minimum 16 - 25 years of experience in Solutions managing Global markets
• Strong expertise in solution design, business transformation, and consulting across industries such as BPO, with
a focus on services like Customer Experience (CX) for Hi-tech vertical
• Strong client engagement skills and proven expertise in delivering impactful presentations. Proficient in Power
BI and Excel, with a solid grasp of the sales and solution lifecycle to drive strategic outcomes.Must be highly detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and work under tight deadlines when needed.
• Good analytical and research skills for creating Industry, competitor, and client insights.
