JOB TITLE: Mobile Air Con Engineer

LOCATION: M25 & South East - Based in Watford be ideal

SALARY & PACKAGE: Up to £45,000 + Company Vehicle

Monday - Friday, 8-5

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

A mobile position for an M&E building service engineer to be responsible for undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as building fabric.

To carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as required. Including, but not limited to full electrical & mechanical PPM and reactive works, minor building repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing works including drainage and other general duties in support of the client’s requirements.

You will be covering a portfolio of sites around London & M25 including home counties.

The suitable candidate must be electrically qualified but also have a good knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant.

Must have F Gas Cat 1.

Person Specification:
• Worked or currently working in a similar Retail/Commercial maintenance environment and familiar with the following equipment
• Air Handling Units/Fan Coil Units
• Pumps
• Split Systems
• Emergency lighting
• L8 requirements
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Plumbing
• Record keeping

Essential
• City & Guilds in Air Condition / Mechanical / Heating & Ventilation
• F Gas Category (Essential)
• 18th Edition IEE (Desirable)
• L8 Awareness
• Any additional trade qualifications (plumbing, Mechanical or electrical)
• IPAF
• PASMA
