Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, as well as web applications using modern web technologies.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create engaging, user-friendly, and efficient solutions that meet client requirements.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
4. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing application performance and ensuring a seamless user experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
7. Provide accurate time estimates and project updates, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
8. Assist with quality assurance testing, identifying and addressing bugs and other issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of professional experience in mobile and web development.
3. Proficiency in native mobile development languages (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android) and cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, etc.).
4. Strong experience with modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
5. Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
6. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN) and continuous integration/deployment tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:
