Santhe.in is a platform built with an objective to Support Local Economy. The platform brings together local merchants like Kirana Stores and other vendors with local customers in a competitive way. By using Santhe apps the customers can get best deals and prices for their groceries & essentials from local merchants and shops, while enabling the merchants and vendors to grow their business by accessing customers via online channel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new products and enhancements. They will work in all phases of the development cycle: concept to implementation.

Responsibilities
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code design, building, and maintaining high performance, reusable, and reliable dart code
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Implement REST APIs and Backend services
Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
Performance tuning and code optimisation while maintaining a good user experience
Troubleshoot, debug and fix issues and bugs
Create security and data protection settings
Create and maintain technical documentation
Guide the current dev team and interns on various mobile development initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in cross platform mobile apps development in Flutter
Experienced in front-end languages and libraries (HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Dart etc.)
Experienced in Firebase
Experience in Google Maps APIs
Knowledge of back-end language -Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Express.js)
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache)
Experience with hosting applications in playstore and appstore.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
Experience in Web Development is added advantage
Experience in Mobile Apps testing is preferred
Very good written and spoken English
Previous experience in Start-ups is an added advantage
The company is based in Bangalore and so, preference will be for the candidates who would be based in Bangalore as we would prefer to meet in person (potentially at a coworking location) at least once a week.
