Role Description:
Map out training plans, design and develop training programs as per BeSingular Methodology and Pedagogy
Designing course materials/programs/codes and other documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises
Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with session
Define student workflow, establish metrics, deliverables, and other processes for measuring program progress
Design detailed training curriculum, including age group, dates/frequency, topics and number of hours required per course
Set learning objectives for each course
Creating supplementary teacher and student guides, as well as resource packs
Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities)
Training program coordination and management
Manage student expectations, maintaining student schedule, instituting accountability measures, and addressing student motivation and performance issues, as necessary.
Maintain accurate and complete records of the participant’s performance, attendance, and other pertinent information.
Must Have Soft Skills:
Strong written and communication skills (TOEFL/IELTS standard required)
Up-to-date knowledge of common IT applications and systems Work effectively with partner and community organizations
Experience working with middle/high school youth and knowledge of child development
Tutoring or Teaching experience in a classroom, or other education setting
Must Have Technology Skills:
Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
Deep knowledge of app development e.g., Android, iOS, etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking
Familiarity with the JSON format
Proficiency in Kotlin/Flutter is required
Proven experience of production of applications on iOS and Android is required
