Job Description
We are looking to hire a Mobile Developer with Flutter . Fully remote . Immediate Joiners only.
Experience
• 1-2 years or more
• fully capable of single-handedly building & deploying full-stack mobile apps to AppStore & PlayStore under supervision
Our perfect hire has completed a few internships, just out of college - with a few interesting side-projects & love for coding.
Tech Stuff - (Flutter)
• Flutter
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio / IntelliJ) & Swift
• Understanding of the fundamentals - REST APIs, JSON
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals - APIs, JSON
• Any database technology
• Optional - MERN
Responsibilities
• Building mobile frontends from UI / UX mockups under the guidance of the PM / CTO
• Hook them up with APIs, and authentication & setup Redux
• Optional - Building backend API to serve those frontends
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience of working in smaller teams
• At least 2 App deployed on the PlayStore / AppStore or available on Github
• At least 1 full-stack open-source project deployed on the cloud or open to doing one as part of an assignment
Interview Process (
• 1 x Phone Screen 10 mins
• 1 x Technical Interview 1 hour
• 1 x HR Interview 1 hour
Evaluation
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their side-projects, Github repos & past work exp, in that order.
We don't hire based on DSA. You’ll be a good fit if you’re awesome at Flutter & MERN and capable of building real-world applications with them.
We prefer people who are strong in web & mobile concepts and fundamentals and open to learning any framework / library as required.
Degrees are redundant. First-time job-seekers are encouraged to apply. Will hire based on potential. Work from wherever, whenever.
