Job Title: Senior Director - Mobile Development and SaaS Platform
We are looking for an Sr Director of SaaS and Mobile Development. We seek an experienced leader to manage the engineering teams for our Digital Fan Experience (DFE) SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, experience building and managing SaaS platforms and a proven track record of managing engineering teams. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
● Manage and mentor our team of mobile developers and SaaS platform engineers
● Lead and manage the development of our Digital Fan Experience product
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmap and strategy
● Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop new features and functionality
● Oversee the entire mobile application development lifecycle including ideation, design, system architecture, development, testing, and launch
● Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date on best practices and new opportunities
● Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements and feature
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope
● Drive continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
● Ensure that all development projects are completed on time and within budget
● Develop and implement coding standards and best practices
● Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
● Manage and maintain development infrastructure including Cloud, CI/CD, and AWS

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
● 10+ years of experience in mobile application development and SaaS platform development
● Strong experience in iOS and/or Android development
● Strong experience with Cloud, CI/CD, and AWS
● Experience in developing and launching SaaS platforms
● Experience managing development teams consisting of at least 15 individuals, including experienced engineers
● Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including working with employees and customers based in the United States
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
