Job Description
We are hiring iOS and Android developers for a InsurTech start-up based in Mumbai.
You will be building and maintaining their apps released for their clients. You will be working very closely with other developers, QA engineers, product managers and the data science team.
For this role you MUST have -
• Proven work experience as an iOS / Android App developer (3 to 6 years of experience)
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages like Swift and Java / Kotlin
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Other Qualifications you should have -
• Familiarity with OOP design principles
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment with excellent communication skills
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Must have the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
Your Responsibilities will include -
• Supporting the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
• Producing fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
• Gathering specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Writing unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
• Liaising with the Product development team to plan new features
• Ensuring new and legacy applications meet quality standards
• Researching and suggesting new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Staying up-to-date with new technology trends
