Job Description
1. Strong computer science fundamentals, with preferred 4-5 years of experience and knowledge of mobile App development cycle and release cycle for both IOS and Android Ecosystem.
2. Should have ability to combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements for intelligent UI/UX
3. Should have good command on app development framework (Flutter is preferred).
4. Should have a decent working knowledge of REST APIs runtime environment like NodeJs & NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB/Postgres).
5. As part of the brains of the startup, you are smart, creative and love solving business challenges and thereby find new ways to propel the growth of the company.
6. You are passionate about growth and aspire to become a technical leader not just within the company, but beyond. Responsibilities:
1. Ability to work independently or with other team members (Pair programming etc). Help mentor and grow the App team in quantity and quality.
2. Take complete ownership of App (from ideation to user feedback)
3. Ensure timely completion of development activity.
4. Consult, design, and develop well-structured, scalable in-house tools.
