Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and touch-ups
• Prepare vehicle surfaces, mix and match paint colors, and apply paint coatings effectively
• Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and mobile work vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
• Travel to various customer locations within assigned area to complete repairs
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Trade qualification in automotive paint and body repair or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in automotive paint and body work, especially mobile repair services
• Strong knowledge of paint preparation, application, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transport
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a mobile automotive repair role
• Familiarity with latest automotive paint technologies and materials
